She responded quickly, was very informative, and had everything ready so I was able to look it over, sign docs, and leave in under an hour. I was only needing a little run around horse trailer and she provided the same care and consideration I think I would have gotten if I were looking for a new LQ gooseneck trailer. Thank You!

Just bought a 24-ft cargo trailer used from Brandon at the Adkins Arkansas NTS store. It was a great deal and their customer service was excellent and they went over and above to make sure everything was fixed and repaired, the price was awesome and Brandon did a super job. Our technician did an excellent job installing the brake controller and the office staff was superb I would recommend them anytime. They even helped me change out the hitch receiver on my motorhome which wasn’t even part of the deal. Thanks again National Trailer Service for such a great deal and service. Couldn’t be happier. Brandon helped me and was very professional along with the finance team. Helped me with my Big Tex Dump trailer. I went on a Saturday 2 hours before they closed, without notice, just to check the trailer out and I ended up leaving with it within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to doing business again!

I would like to give a shout out to the kind people at National Trailer Source. I was on my way home from dropping a horse off when one of my trailer tires blew out. I was about a mile from National Trailer and limped my way there. I didn’t get anyones name, but everyone working there was very kind and helped me to get back on the road. Nice folks who have your best interests at heart. When we found the trailer we wanted they were happy to answer all our questions, worked with our credit union and made us feel more than welcome when we showed up to finalize the deal. It was well worth the 800 mile trip from Ohio to Arkansas to pick up our horse trailer.
